Dynamics 365 Project Manager

A leading organisation in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to drive the development and optimisation of its CRM platform. Represented exclusively by our recruitment team, this is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable Project Manager who can combine strong delivery skills with hands-on Dynamics 365 knowledge.
As the Dynamics 365 Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the roadmap and delivery of CRM initiatives. Working closely with a Business Analyst and two Developers, you will coordinate enhancements, manage the delivery backlog, and ensure the platform continues to evolve to meet business needs.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone comfortable bridging business and technical teams, managing structured delivery processes, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate user and client requirements into detailed project briefs in collaboration with the Business Analyst and Developers.
* Manage and coordinate Agile sprints while maintaining an accurate and prioritised backlog.
* Oversee BA and Developer deliverables to ensure enhancements are delivered on time and to specification.
* Evaluate potential technical and business solutions and recommend the most appropriate options.
* Produce regular progress updates and reports for stakeholders.
* Plan project work packages, including Change Management documentation.
* Manage tasks and maintain accurate updates within project management tools.
* Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
* Conduct post-project evaluations and measure delivery outcomes.
* Ensure flexible project planning and consistent adherence to delivery timelines.
* Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as required.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
* Strong understanding of CRM processes, data structures, and client lifecycle management.
* Experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or comparable data platforms.
* Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and Developers.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
* PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent).
* Experience using JIRA / Confluence or similar delivery tools. xsngvjr
