Job Description

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Point of contact for customer-related issues via Email and Telephone.
2. Resolve Customer Queries.
3. Ensure all customer-specific tasks are completed on time.
4. Data Entry of transport jobs as required.
5. Understand delivery procedures and workflows.
6. Assist drivers over the phone and resolve reported issues.
7. Report rejections, shortages, and discrepancies via the GRRS system with detailed information for prompt investigation.
8. Investigate and resolve queries by liaising with relevant personnel and customers.
9. Process transport requests – Manual, EDI, or Pick & Distribution.
10. Allocate stock manually, through EDI, or via Pick & Distribution.
11. Perform general office/admin duties within the department.
