We are looking for Support Workers to join us on a full-time basis, working 38.5 hours per week including a mixture of days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
We are holding interview days in June 2025 at Cygnet Hospital Derby, this day will consist of a group precentation at 10am, followed by a break with freshments and then your interview for the Support Worker role.
Cygnet Hospital Derby provides low secure and mental health rehabilitation care based on the Recovery Model. Our integrated male care pathway includes Litchurch Ward, our low secure ward, and the Wyvern Unit, our mental health rehabilitation service. Alvaston Ward, our specialist female personality disorder service, is one of the leading services of its kind in the East and West Midlands.

If you are working on our Alvaston Ward on permanent basis, a 2 day face to face DBT awareness course is guaranteed for successful applicants within 6 to 12 months of starting.
