Join our growing Channel Team as our Inside Sales Representative! A key part of Lenovos growth strategy is to focus on developing strategic Partnerships with Resellers within the IT Channel. Using your passion for IT solutions and the training we provide you will be a significant part of this strategy. Working as an Inside Sales Representative you will have daily communication with C-level executives from your aligned Business Partners, which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career.


Responsibilities

* Manage a territory of existing Lenovo Resellers to drive increased engagement and improve Lenovo's share of business within the defined territory.
* Proactively engage with and develop close working relationships with business partners to maximize sales across the Lenovo Portfolio.
* Understand Lenovo's tools and incentives; maximize partners' use of them for mutual advantage.
* Collaborate with partners in demand generation and marketing activities.
* Effectively joint plan with partners to encourage a systematic approach to driving joint initiatives with the partner base.
* Work closely with other sales teams in Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals.
* Provide weekly and quarterly account status reporting, quarterly performance reporting, forecasting and business planning vs target.


Organization

Report to the Channel Sales Manager, supporting Gold + Platinum partners. Participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.


Position Requirements

* Customer focused, proven ability to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations.
* Able to articulate customer needs, build strong, beneficial relationships.
* Proven negotiation skills in closing significant business.
* Energetic, self-motivated, proactive and highly sales driven attitude with a strong ability to be persuasive and close deals.
* Structured with strong time management skills, able to work under pressure and quick to adapt to change.
* Works well in a team environment, strong team player with respect for the individual.
* It would be beneficial to have an understanding of Resellers, Distributors, vendors and the IT sector.
* Interest in technology.
