DEA Technical Consultant
Location: East Midlands (Hybrid : minimum 3 days in office post:probation)
Salary: GBP25,000 : GBP26,000 (DOE)
A leading UK energy accreditation provider is seeking a DEA Technical Consultant to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical consultancy, training delivery, and customer support within a dynamic, supportive environment. Youll play a key role in supporting Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs), ensuring high:quality guidance and professional development for both new and existing members.

Key Responsibilities of DEA Technical Consultant role:
* Deliver Introductory Level 3 DEA training to new delegates
* Support continued professional development courses for new and existing DEAs
* Provide technical guidance and support via email, phone, and in person
* Produce and maintain high:quality technical documentation and learning materials
The DEA Technical Consultant will be:
* Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (Level 3) with several years experience
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform calculations
* Excellent customer service skills in a busy environment
* Clear and confident communication skills for face:to:face, verbal, and written interactions
* Ability to maintain effective working relationships in a team
* Comfortable using IT as an integral part of daily work
Preferred:
* Experience in the built environment industry and an interest in energy assessment as a career
* Background in telephone or customer support
* Interest in renewable energy and sustainable building practices
