Role: LAWYER (PROPERTY)
Salary: Grade L - £50,269 - £53,460 per year
Location: Hybrid/ The Council House
Hours: 37 hours

Contract Type: Permanent Full Time
Join Derby City Council’s legal team as a Property Lawyer and work on a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters. You will support a wide range of Council services, advising on everything from regeneration and development projects to day-to-day residential property work and other specialist schemes.
We are looking for a lawyer who:
• Has property law experience (commercial, residential, or both)
• Can manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Communicates clearly and works collaboratively
• Local government experience is welcome but not essential
