Job Overview
Senior Support Worker supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across supported living services in Colsterworth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to enable individuals to live independently.
* Offer daily living skills support, including activities of daily living, personal care, routine planning, meal preparation and budgeting.
* Encourage active participation in community and promote independence.
* Communicate effectively using chosen communication methods.
* Engage and motivate supported individuals to enhance quality of life.
* Specialise in positive behaviour support where appropriate.
* Record and report accurate records of health and circumstances to management.
* Act as a team player and provide day‑to‑day guidance and leadership to staff.
Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
* Full UK driver's licence.
* Level 2 in Health and Social Care and willingness to progress to Level 3.
