Your work will include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as licensing, confidentiality and software contracts, alongside advising on IP protection, portfolio management and enforcement. You will also support clients on infringement issues, ownership disputes and wider commercial matters. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas, ensuring clients receive joined-up, commercially focused advice.
