The Role You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and environmental performance of products used in demanding infrastructure and transport environments. From production line audits and supplier performance, to environmental reporting and incident response — your work will directly influence critical system reliability and compliance across the board. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections of incoming goods, production, and finished assemblies Ensure compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 across all operations Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement using 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP Lead internal audits and support supplier quality performance Promote a proactive safety and environmental culture site-wide Maintain robust QSHE documentation and provide reporting dashboards to leadership Collaborate with design, production, procurement and customer service teamsWhat do they need from you? Engineering qualification (degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing) Proven QSHE or Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing or electro-mechanical setting Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 frameworks Familiarity with tools like FMEA, PPAP, 8D, CAPA, SPC Confident communicator and problem-solver, with strong attention to detail Desirable: CQE, Six Sigma, NEBOSH/IOSH, ERP exposure, and rail/aerospace sector experienceWhy Apply?
