We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our team from 26th January 2026 to cover maternity leave for 7 months, with the exciting opportunity to stay on permanently.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents
* Supporting individuals with daily living, meals, and mobility
* Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
* Working alongside the nursing team to deliver outstanding care
* Keeping accurate records and following care plans
About You:
* Previous care experience (preferred but not essential – full training given)
* Kind, caring, and empathetic nature
* Reliable, dedicated, and a good communicator
* Team player with a genuine passion for helping others

* Start date: 26th January 2026
* Duration: 7 months maternity cover
* View to permanent role after cover ends
* Hours: 31.5 hours- 43.5 hours
