Role: IT Support Technician Location: Wembley, Middlesex Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 A growing IT Services business is looking for an IT Support Technician to support one of their customer environments based in Wembley. This is a user-facing role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, visible and embedded within the customer environment rather than sitting behind a remote service desk all day. You will be the go-to person onsite for day-to-day support, working closely with end users while also collaborating with the wider technical team. The environment is fast-moving and varied, so this role suits someone who is proactive, personable and comfortable taking ownership of issues from start to finish. Responsibilities: * Providing onsite IT support across desktops, laptops and mobile devices * Supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint * Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues * Managing users and devices across Active Directory / Entra ID * Escalating more complex issues where required whilst remaining the onsite point of contact * Assisting with onboarding, moves and general user support Technical Requirements: * Windows Servers * Microsoft 365 * Azure / Entra ID * Network Troubleshooting * Intune / Autopilot * AV / meeting room support This is a strong opportunity to join a growing IT Services business that is continuing to expand its onsite support offering across multiple customer environments.
