Role Summary
* Reporting directly to the Product and Marketing Manager.
* Support product range updates and communication to internal sales and external customers.
* Help evaluate and compare competitor products and range offerings.
* Review, evaluate and carry out scheduled price reviews on time for all customers and brands, ensuring adherence to company pricing structure and margin requirements.
* Review and approve/decline special price requests from Sales Team in-line with pricing policy.
* Support technical and product related enquiries from external customers.
* Maintain regular communication with key customers.
* Review warranty claims and adhere to processes.
* Analyse and maintain external/internal sales reports.
* Product information: to provide appropriate marketing aids to fully support and enhance MHUK aftermarket activities.
* Support the development, production and distribution of MHUK product literature and point of sale material for all brands.
* Support MHUK with all aftermarket marketing activities.
* Support sales team with customer trade events and training.
* Keen to play a vital role in the development of the MANN-FILTER and WIX Filters brand product and marketing management within the UK and Ireland automotive aftermarkets.
* Co-ordinate advertising campaigns and promotional activity.
Main Accountabilities
* Product awareness: to improve the level of M+H filtration awareness for all MHUK staff and aftermarket customers.
* Communicate new products, supersessions and obsolete part numbers internally and externally.
* Support the necessary resources (knowledge and aids) and help develop a training strategy.
* Brand management: perception of MANN+HUMMEL brands in the UK and Ireland aftermarkets.
* Effectively support the Product Manager and Product colleagues with all activities.
* Support MHUK with strategic marketing planning.
* Ensure conformance to corporate and brand identities.
* Support the Product Manager to achieve a high media profile with MHUK multi-brand strategy.
* Help maintain sales, pricing and marketing reports accurately.
* Promote MANN+HUMMEL filter values.
Key Results Areas
* Effective and timely communication for Product-related topics (new to range etc).
* 100% accuracy of pricing delivery and within allocated timescale.
* Report monthly accurate sales figures to both customers and external sales team.
* Always promote M+H brands in line with corporate guidelines and multi brand strategy.
* Maintain customer marketing budget.
Essential Attributes
* Excellent numeracy/confidence working with numbers

* Active knowledge of the UK automotive aftermarket
* Experience in a similar job role
* Good educational background
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* Good Excel knowledge
