HR Project Manager Towcester Manufacturing Company Initial 6-month contract Scope of Role: Our client are embarking on an exciting new project to establish a secondary facility in the UK in Towcester. The business will be moving a product line from the Sunbury-On-Thames location to Towcester. This will enable Towcester to become the business centre of excellence for Motion products. The HR Project Manager will lead all HR activities related to this site launch, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and welfare arrangements for new starters. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition and readiness of the workforce for the new facility.
