Office administrator -THETFORD

shift 1: 0630-1515
shift 2: 1130-2015
Leading distribution company based in Thetford, who deliver white goods on behalf of their national chain of high street shops and online operation, require office administrator to help organise and support the management team. a potential permanent role will be offered to the right candidate after a qualifying time period.
Job Role:
Administrators have a varied and diverse workload throughout the day, including:
* Morning dispatch- greeting the drivers in the morning, which includes handing out equipment required for the on road crews
* Call handling - from drivers, stores, customers and customer services during the day.
* Email and admin tasks as required
* Evening debrief, where they will collect all the equipment given in the morning, whilst completing any evening tasks off of the admin task list.
* The admin team also issue required consumables and wall mounts kits to crews in the warehouse.
The colleague must be proficient in office 365
Other programmes used will be taught, and training is provided.,
The candidate must have good time management and a friendly personality, good phone manner.
Our client offers:
· £12.27 -£13.17 per hour PAYE
