Our national Capital Allowances team supports a wide range of businesses across the property and investment lifecycle. We pride ourselves on serving a variety of clients, from standalone CAPEX projects to nationally significant multi‑year, multi‑billion investment projects. As a Capital Allowances Manager in our innovation and capital tax reliefs team, you will be an integral part of a high‑performing tax compliance and advisory team, based in one of our offices in the South region (Bristol, Gatwick, Guildford, Reading or Southampton). You will accelerate your knowledge, skills and development in a creative, entrepreneurial and supportive environment while working with a diverse set of clients.
Key responsibilities
* Act as an expert adviser, guiding clients on compliance and supporting planning matters.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with owner‑managed businesses, middle‑market organisations and large multinational groups.
* Play an active role in business development, proposals and networking events, contributing to the growth of your specialist area and our regional office.
* Develop and support a growing team, mentoring and sharing skill sets and knowledge.
What we are looking for

* RICS/ATT/ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
* Specialist in Capital Allowances with a mix of compliance and advisory experience.
* Ability to people‑manage, focusing on building and developing individuals and identifying talent within the team.
* Commitment to our grow‑our‑own principle, with ambition to coach, lead, develop and manage a team.
