Lifeguards – Aylesbury 4 Leisure Recruitment are currently looking for qualified Lifeguards in Aylesbury to join our expanding team. We work with a range of leisure facilities and regularly receive shift requests, meaning there are frequent opportunities to pick up work that suits your schedule. You will be responsible for monitoring pool activity, responding to incidents if required, and helping to create a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests. Requirements: Valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Ability to work professionally and confidently in a busy leisure environment Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work across multiple locations when required Hours: Shift hours will vary depending on client requests, providing flexibility and the opportunity to pick up work that fits around your lifestyle.
