Requirements
* Proven experience managing a care or nursing home (dementia experience desirable)
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent knowledge of CQC requirements
* Financial acumen and confidence with budget management
* A passion for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care
Salary & Benefits
£65,000 - £80,000 pa, neg DOSE
33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
