The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with additional needs
* Support children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs, and learning difficulties
* Help pupils engage with learning, manage emotions, and build confidence
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create a positive learning environment
