We're looking for a Graphic Designer with strong e-commerce experience and a flair for illustration to join a fast-growing consumer brand.

We're looking for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with an illustration-led approach, bringing personality, originality and standout creative to everything they produce.

You'll create high-performing creative across web, email, CRM and digital marketing channels, helping to drive engagement, conversion and brand growth.

✨ What you’ll be working on:

• E-commerce site assets (homepage banners, landing pages, product content)
• Email & CRM campaigns focused on retention and conversion
• Promotional and trading creative across web and digital channels
• Paid social and performance marketing assets
• Campaign rollout and always-on content

✨ What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in graphic design
• Strong, hands-on e-commerce experience (essential)
• Proven experience designing for email & CRM marketing
• Confident creating web and conversion-led assets
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Able to work quickly across multiple live trading priorities
• Illustration-led creative concepts and visual storytelling

✨ Bonus skills:

• Motion / animation
• Video editing
• Experience with AI creative tools
