Responsibilities:
Finance&AccountsSupport
* Creditcontrolfunctionasadvisedtoincludecustomerremindersandescalationwhererequired
* ProvidesupporttotheFinancefunctionasadvised
HRAdministration
* Maintainup-to-datepersonnelrecords,traininglogs,andcompliancedocumentation
* Managestaffonboardingandoffboardingprocesses
* Supportwithholidaytracking,absencemanagement,andpolicyadministration
* EnsureconfidentialityandGDPRcomplianceacrossallrecords
OfficeManagement
* Overseeday-to-dayofficeoperationstoensureefficientworkflow
* Managestationery,supplies,equipmentandliaisewithexternalsuppliersorcontractors
* Supportoperationalteamswithgeneraladministrativetasksasrequired
* Championgoodcommunicationacrossdepartmentsandactasacentralinformationpointforthebusiness
* Coordinateofficemeetings&overseeminute-taking
* SupportDirectors
* ProvideHolidaycoverforthereception
* Dealwithpublic/customercomplaints
Requirements/Experience:
* PreviousexperienceinasimilarOfficeManagerrole
* Backgroundinagriculture,construction,orasimilarhands-onsector
* Confidentcommunicatorabletoactasaprimarycontactforinternalteams
* Strongcreditcontrol/financeexperienceandcomfortablechasingdebt
* StrongMicrosoftOfficeskills
