Role: Property Surveyor Contract: Permanent - full time Location: Barnstaple and surrounding areas Hours: 37 hours Salary: Up to £33,974 per annum depending on experience Car Allowance & Benefits North Devon Homes is seeking a skilled and motivated individual with either experience of property maintenance inspection, surveying and or as a time-served tradesperson to join our Asset Management team. About the Role As a Property Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for conducting a wide range of property inspections including stock condition, fire risk assessments, asbestos re-inspections, and energy ratings. You’ll diagnose repairs, produce schedules of work and bills of quantities, and ensure cost-effective solutions are delivered within priority timescales. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and health & safety standards. This is a customer-facing role where your ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues will be key to delivering excellent service.
