Teaching Assistant – Intervention Lead (Reception to Year 6)
Chailey St Peter’s CE Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full or part‑time Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This exciting role involves leading targeted interventions for individuals and small groups across the school — from Reception through to Year 6 — to help every child achieve their full potential.
Ideal Candidate
* Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
* Ideally have experience working as a teaching assistant with primary-aged children, ideally across a range of year groups.
* Be confident in delivering small‑group and 1:1 interventions in areas such as reading, writing, and maths.
* Work closely with class teachers and the Inclusion Lead to plan, deliver, and review high‑quality support.
* Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and strong communication skills.
