We are looking for someone who Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children. At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff. Has their NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce. Has their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
