Rutherford Briant Executive have been engaged to recruit a Finance Director for our sector leading client based in Braintree, Essex.
The role will lead the finance function and sit as part of a dynamic senior leadership team to drive growth and enhance financial performance, as well as leading strategic projects, closely aligned with the CEO and board.

* Support, guide and inspire the finance function and other business areas
* Ensure robust financial governance
Requirements:As the Finance Director, you will need…
* Be an experienced Finance Director, ideally within a growing SME business
* Have exposure to exit planning, M&A, fund raising, etc
* To have a background in both technical and commercial accounting
* To be a driven and strategic thinker
