Your new company Hays recruiting are working with a social housing company based in Coalville who are seeking an experienced individual who has worked in the social housing sector. This is a temporary position for 2 months, full-time 35 hours per week with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Your new role In this role you will be responsible for delivering an efficient service to homeowners across the company, including meetings with homeowners, provision of service charge information; co-ordinating legal processes, ensuring that legislative and contractual provisions are fulfilled and preparing management information. You will be required to look after 1000 homes. What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this role, you must have experience with service charges and experience managing shared or leased properties. This role is a hybrid position and due to the role requiring travel between properties, you must have a valid driving licence.
