OneRen is offering an exciting 12-month secondment for the role of Business Development Director - a unique chance to step up, broaden your strategic experience, and contribute to the continued growth and innovation of our organisation during a very exciting year with the opening of Paisley Museum Reimagined.
This acting-up opportunity is designed to support career development, giving the successful candidate exposure to senior leadership responsibilities, partnership development, commercial strategy, and organisational influence at a pivotal time for OneRen.
About the Role
The Business Development Director will play a key role in:
* Leading and shaping OneRen’s business development strategy
* Overseeing the delivery of the cultural events programme and commercial services
* Leading a dynamic team that includes marketing and communications, commercial events, sales, fundraising, retail and catering
* Identifying and driving new commercial opportunities to ensure financial objectives are met
* Strengthening partnerships across Renfrewshire and beyond
* Supporting organisational growth, sustainability, and innovation
* Contributing to the wider leadership team and strategic decision-making
