YOUR ROLE Being based in our retail store in Stepney, you will facilitate the delivery of efficient, accurate and timely service to all Atlas McNeil Healthcare customers. Meet and exceed customer expectations to have orders and enquiries processed in an accurate, prompt and courteous manner. Process retail sales via inventory control system, daily banking, and ensure all cash/bank transaction are completed properly. Assist with measuring/fitting of medical garments. Regularly replenish of stock shelves and tidy the store. Support and assistance to the greater Atlas Mcneil Healthcare Customer Service team as required Participate in onsite training from internal Staff and external Suppliers. Professionally and courteously satisfy incoming telephone calls from customers. ABOUT YOU You’ll have that same entrepreneurial spirit that we live and breathe here at Bunzl. In order to succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and customer service skills and ability to problem solve. The other essentials we are looking for: Experience in a customer service environment desirable. Experience with the elderly, aged care, continence education, wound care or Pharmacy. Knowledge of NDIS fundamentals is beneficial. Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office package. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in professional communication skills both written and verbal. A passion for customer satisfaction and strong interpersonal skills.
