We are currently recruiting for a passionate Pastry Chef De Partie to support the Head Pastry chef creating amazing desserts and afternoon teas for one of the estates restaurants.

40 hour contract

The Person
The ideal Pastry Chef De Partie will have the following: Some experience in a professional kitchen within the pastry section
Experience of working with fresh produce and a passion for the best locally sourced ingredients
Ability to work within a team
Bags of positivity and passion for the industry
be creative, curious, and always looking to improve
be positive, upbeat, and ready to learn
Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential
