Job Description: Temporary Worker
The Temporary Worker will provide routine administrative support tasks according to well-established procedures. The main focus will be on financial admin support, including:
1. Raising purchase orders
2. Raising invoices
3. Processing and paying invoices
Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Sorting and distributing mail and customer information
* Photocopying, filing, and posting data
* Answering telephone calls and emails, relaying messages
Qualifications and Experience
* Two GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent
* NVQ Business Administration Level 1 or suitable administrative experience
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Experience using a finance system
* Good oral and written communication skills
