Digital Futures is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our HR and compliance function to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills, eager to contribute to the success of our organisation. Role & Responsibilities Conduct onboarding tasks, including ID checks, pre-employment checks, IT setup, benefits enrolment and payroll details Maintain the HR onboarding/offboarding tracker, including payroll updates Ensure GDPR training is completed and reviewed annually by all employees Maintain employee profiles and policies in the HR system (HiBob) Manage staff benefits and payroll queries Handle external reference and employment verification requests Perform additional ad hoc tasks relating to office management and event support Provide cover for finance and admissions as needed Requirements & Background Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management software) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing company A passion for leveraging technology and data to drive excellence Commitment to upholding Digital Futures' values and fostering trust What’s in it for you?
