Requirements for a KS2/Phase Lead Teacher To be considered for the position of KS2/Phase Lead Teacher, candidates should generally meet the following requirements: Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Valid in the UK. Relevant Teaching Experience: Extensive experience teaching within the KS2 (Key Stage 2) phase.
