Registered Manager Childrens Residential
Salary: 55000-65000 Bonus Scheme
37.5 hours per week
Our client a high-quality provider of childrens residential care is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a childrens home offering a safe nurturing and therapeutic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional ready to drive positive outcomes for children and young people in care.
What Were Looking For:
* Level in Health and Social Care or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* Willing and eligible to register with Ofsted as a Registered Manager
* Minimum 2 years experience in a childrens residential care setting (within the past 5 years)
* At least 1 years experience leading a care team (e.g. as Deputy or Home Manager)
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and safer recruitment
* Excellent leadership organisational and interpersonal skills
* Full UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the day-to-day management of the care home
* Provide leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality child-focused care
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted Childrens Homes Regulations and all relevant legislation
* Foster collaborative relationships with families external agencies and professional networks
* Manage budgets staffing and health & safety across the home
* Promote a positive culture of diversity inclusion and safeguarding
