About this opportunity
We’re offering a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the UK’s largest consumer finance provider. You’ll lead the team to optimise customer pricing across our brands – Lloyds, Halifax, BoS, and MBNA – via digital channels, ensuring fair value and responsible lending within risk appetite.
Our Pricing team provides high-quality pricing strategy and profitability analytics to support the commercial and strategic goals of the Loans business. As a pricing manager, you’ll deliver actionable insights to enhance performance, pricing, and customer demand.
What will I be doing?
* Responsibility for the Loans ‘Best in Class’ pricing strategy, including front-book margin plans and optimisation across all brands.
* Making market-informed recommendations to shape the Loans commercial agenda.
* Building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to maximise impact.
* Ensuring pricing risk is maintained and product value is fair to customers, within credit risk appetite.
* Managing profitability forecasts, including lending, balance sheet, market share, and margin outlooks.
