FINTEC recruit are supporting their client with the recruitment of a Stock Controller within the Warehouse & Distribution team.
This is a full time permanent role based in Irvine. Our client is looking to appoint a stock controller in a newly created role to support the continued growth of the business and to strengthen current operations.
Youll be responsible for stock accuracy, reporting, and processes, while leading and developing a small team to maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities of the Stock Controller:
* Lead and support a small stock control team
* Manage all stock movements, accuracy, rotation (FIFO), returns and damages
* Maintain stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies
* Produce regular stock reports for management
* Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse
* Support goods in/out and picking during busy periods
Skills & Experience required for the Stock Controller:
* Proven experience in stock control or warehouse operations
* Previous team leadership experience
* Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
* Confident IT user (WMS/ERP systems)
* Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
