Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day activities and lesson delivery
* Working closely with ALN (Additional Learning Needs) pupils, offering 1:1 or small group support
* Assisting with targeted intervention sessions to help pupils reach their full potential
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Helping maintain a safe and organised learning space

* Enthusiastic, caring and proactive individuals
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and well-being
* Experience with ALN or classroom support is beneficial but not essential
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
