As an Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you’ll handle secretarial and administrative duties as required.About The Role…Joining us as the EA, you’ll manage a busy and complex diary, support functional meetings (attending, managing agendas, taking minutes), produce clear communication items, and support events. You’ll also handle correspondence for the General Manager and collaborate closely with the Office Manager/PA network for consistency across the organization. Key responsibilities include:Optimizing the GM’s time, liaising with colleagues and external partners, and acting as gatekeeper to minimize unnecessary disruptions.Preparing meetings and trips, anticipating issues, gathering materials, and supplying them to the GM in advance.Providing administrative support, including drafting reports, briefings, and correspondence.Facilitating communication between the GM and internal departments to maintain credibility and trust.Supporting event logistics, including booking venues, catering, and on-the-day support, as well as minute-taking and sharing decisions.Managing budgets, raising PO’s, checking invoices, organizing approvals, and handling vendor documentation.About You…We’re looking for an experienced PA/Executive Assistant at a senior level, accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a results-focused attitude. We value proactive, motivated, enthusiastic individuals who are team players and collaborators.
