Are you a Litigation Solicitor or CILEX with experience supervising/managing staff? Our client is a specialist Landlord & Tennant practice based in Sussex seeking an experienced litigator to manage a team of fee earners whilst dealing with their own caseload (previous L&T experience is not essential).

The successful individual will be an NQ Solicitor dealing with a caseload of L&T matters acting primarily for landlords as well as advising property management companies on a range of issues including eviction cases, monetary claims and enforcement proceedings.
Any additional experience with Leasehold Enfranchisement work would be an advantage (not essential).
You will also be managing a team of Paralegals/Junior Fee Earners so experience handling staff absences/holidays, managing/attending meetings and dealing with external complaints is required. xjlbheb
Due to the nature and responsibilities of the role this position is full-time and office based, a background in litigation is required as further training can be provided (L&T experience preferred not essential).
