Restaurant Manager - The Howgate, Whitehaven

Key Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager with recruitment, induction and onboarding of new team members.
* Demonstrate leadership with a hands‑on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team through pre‑shift briefs.
* Drive high individual performance through regular one‑to‑one meetings and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
* Maintain high standards and thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
* Show passion for the brand, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident.
* Manage labour and cost margins effectively, driving sales and revenue, using guest feedback to maximise opportunities.
* Champion change and implement innovation with the team.
