The Health & Safety Manager will lead and manage the company’s health, safety, environmental and compliance systems across all electrical contracting activities, with a specific focus on LV–33kV electricity infrastructure works delivered under ICP frameworks. The role is responsible for ensuring the organisation maintains the highest safety standards while delivering electrical network projects including cable laying, jointing, substations and associated civil works, ensuring full compliance with NERS accreditation requirements and Distribution Network Operator (DNO) standards. The successful candidate will ensure that the company maintains its NERS (National Electricity Registration Scheme) accreditation, which is required for ICPs to carry out contestable electrical connection works on UK electricity networks. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Leadership * Develop, implement and maintain the company’s Health & Safety strategy across all LV–33kV electrical network projects.
