As a Marketing & Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting business and customer support managers with essential marketing materials and administrative tasks that help bring products from concept to launch. You’ll be involved in a variety of internal projects and client accounts, working closely with stakeholders across departments to gather information, support processes, and ensure smooth delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the marketing and customer support functions with admin and coordination
Assisting in the creation of materials for client communication and internal use
Liaising across departments to gather relevant data and inputs
Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Maintaining accurate records and handling high volumes of data entry
Adapting to different tasks and responsibilities depending on business needs
Working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Occasionally travelling to sites or client locations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail, especially when it comes to data
Comfortable multitasking and switching between varied responsibilities
Proactive and self-sufficient
A full UK driving licence is required
