Responsibilities include:
1. Supervising and coordinating activities on-site.
2. Ensuring all work ispleted to the highest standards and within project timelines.
3. Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
4. Monitoring health and safetypliance.
5. Reporting progress to the Site Manager and addressing any issues that arise.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience in fit-out, finishing or new build construction.
7. SMSTS/SSSTS & CSCS card - black or Gold
8. Strong leadership andmunication skills.
9. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
10. A keen eye for detail and amitment to quality.
11. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
