Position: HR Assistant Administration
Location: Remote
Salary: £25,000 per annum
We’re currently looking for an HR Assistant to join us on a permanent basis, the job is working remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
* Acts as the first point of contact for all people related matters, managing the recruitment and payroll elements of our charity.
* Provides advice and guidance to managers on policies, procedures and employment law.
* Supports the HR Consultant and Head of Operations and Finance on a range of projects.
* Prepares and amends HR documents e.g. employment contracts.
* Keeps policies and procedures up to date.
* Monitors holidays, absence and lieu time.
* Arranges board meetings.
* General HR duties.
* Strong Excel and IT skills.
* Good communicator and team player.
