Build and deliver data-driven lead generation campaigns at volume
Analyse, report, and continually refine marketing performance

Manage agencies, media buyers, and suppliers to hit KPIs

5 years in a senior marketing or lead gen role (ideally consumer services, or similar B2C)
Evidence of managing 7-figure budgets and hitting lead/conversion targets
A solid grasp of digital and traditional channels
Commercial awareness and growth-hungry confidence working with leadership teams
An analytical and results-focused mindset, getting a buzz from hitting numbers and constantly improving performance
Experience and a hands-on approach, you’ve been in the weeds with Google Ads, briefed agencies, and know what good looks like
