Are you an Assistant Accountant with experience in QuickBooks looking for a fulfilling part-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accounts up to Trial Balance.
* Assist with Quarterly Accounts.
* Liaise with suppliers and customers.
* Manage supplier payment runs, invoices, and credit control.
* Post staff and credit card expenses.
* Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audits.
* Process payroll and pensions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* AAT qualified (or working towards it) or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks (or other cloud-based systems).
* Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and month-end adjustments.
* Excellent communication, numeracy, and organizational skills.
