In this vital role, you will have full responsibility for all technical activities within your designated area of the plant. You’ll work closely with Manufacturing Managers and Lead Engineers to improve and validate the hot steel rolling process, particularly during a time of significant innovation and development. Through careful trend monitoring, data analysis and collaboration across functions, you’ll contribute directly to customer satisfaction and help ensure compliance with demanding quality standards. Operating under the frameworks of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems, you will partner closely with colleagues across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning and the broader Technical team.
