Base pay range
We're looking for an innovative, collaborative and analytical Operations Manager to join our Mental Health & Complex Needs Directorate at our Head Office in Islington.
£55,000.00 per annum, working 35 hours per week.

The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver on specified projects outlined by the Director of Mental Health & Complex Needs, with the aim of improving quality, performance and supporting the development of a capability building framework to ensure learning and experience translates into action and positive impact.
The post holder will be part of the Senior Management Team responsible for high quality service delivery, health and safety, regulation and internal procedural compliance.
This role is scheduled Monday to Friday.

Desired Skills and Experience
Relevant experience of working with Mental Health conditions and complex needs
Exceptional understanding of support and housing
Experience of working with a range of partners to deliver on projects and achieve outcomes
Experience of safeguarding and responding effectively to serious incidents
Experience of successfully developing employees across geographical areas
Ability to turn organisational vision into reality for front line employees.
Ability to analysis data from different sources and put in place strategic improvement measures
High levels of written and verbal communication, solution focused
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
Resilience and able to work effectively under pressure in a team as well as self-motivator
Ability to cope with change in a fast paced and challenging environment.
A degree or equivalent.
Hold relevant CMI/NVQ Level 4 or other business/management qualification.
Have relevant training and/or specialist qualifications.
