How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Lead target costing efforts for the A20/A35/PT portfolio, ensuring products remain competitive
2. Partner with product and strategy managers to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
3. Apply process improvement and design methodologies to analyse and enhance business processes, increasing efficiency and quality
4. Develop documentation such as business requirements, process maps, and gap analyses to support process improvements
5. Support quality assurance, compliance, and change management activities, including training materials for new processes
What You Bring
6. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
7. Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, project/program management, supply chain, operations, or a support function
8. Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of achieving business targets and collaborating across teams
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, PLM, Prioneer, or PumaWeb is a plus
10. Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) in a non-manufacturing environment is highly valued
