The Job

This is a brand-new position in a growing company, offering real scope to shape HR processes and develop your career. Working with the Head of HR, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle and play a key part in building a positive, engaging workplace culture.

You’ll work closely with managers, employees, and our external payroll provider to ensure everything runs smoothly, professionally, and in line with best practice.

* Manage HR documentation across the employee lifecycle (recruitment support, onboarding, changes, offboarding).
* Coordinate monthly payroll updates and liaise with our external payroll provider
* Support managers with employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries.
* Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee files.
* Administer performance review schedules and follow-up actions.
* Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and company events.
* Ensure HR processes and policies remain compliant and up to date.

About You

* Previous experience in an HR Generalist or HR Administrator role.
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or working towards it preferred.


What We Offer

* £38,000 – £45,000 salary (depending on experience)
