What You’ll Do

* Review, coach, and approve stakeholder submissions to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across all retail communication channels.
* Engage directly with Express stores and stakeholders to support communications and projects from initiation through to completion.
* Maintain a clear and accurate view of upcoming deadlines, key activities, and diary dates that impact colleagues and customers through the Express Comms Activity Planner.
* Drive improvements within the team by introducing new approaches, ideas, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, challenging current ways of working and influencing positive change across networks.
* Assist senior leaders and project managers with planning and executing store rollout activities and related communications.

Working Style
