Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Early Years programmes (Levels 1-3), tailored to a variety of learning needs.
* Design, develop, and adapt high-quality teaching materials and schemes of work aligned with curriculum requirements.
* Monitor student progress, attendance, and achievement, while fostering a positive and well-managed learning environment.
* Assess learner work, provide meaningful feedback, and support students in reaching their academic and personal goals.
* Take on course leadership duties and contribute to curriculum development as appropriate.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent).
* A Level 5 Teaching Qualification, or the willingness to obtain one within three years of employment.
* Experience supporting learners of varying needs and abilities in an educational setting.
* A solid understanding of current teaching practices and a strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
